Description

The AES Industries 6075 Large Sanding Board is a durable hand sanding tool designed to provide consistent pressure and excellent control when blocking and leveling larger surfaces. Its long sanding surface makes it especially useful for applications where maintaining a straight, uniform surface is important.

The sanding board features comfortably contoured hardwood handles mounted to a sturdy anodized aluminum base. A cushioned bottom provides support beneath the abrasive paper, while the lever-style clamps at each end grip the sandpaper securely during use.

The AES 6075 accepts standard 2-3/4″ x 17-1/2″ sanding sheets, making abrasive replacement quick and convenient.

Its long, rigid design makes it particularly useful for fiberglass fabrication and repair, marine fairing, automotive bodywork, body filler shaping, primer blocking, paint preparation, and general refinishing.
